Visited Sketch London for their Sketch in Bloom afternoon tea with a friend, and it was such a memorable experience. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was absolutely magical — it honestly felt like stepping into a scene from Bridgerton. The floral decor, the soft music, and the elegant setting all came together perfectly. The afternoon tea itself was beautifully presented and everything tasted as good as it looked. Each course was creative, flavorful, and clearly made with care. The service was also excellent — attentive without being intrusive, and everyone we interacted with was warm and welcoming. It’s definitely a bit of a splurge, but for a special occasion or just a luxurious afternoon out, I’d 100% recommend it. It’s not just a tea, it’s an experience. Will definitely be back

I had such a lovely experience at this restaurant! The food was very tasty—exactly like in the pictures—and everything was presented in such an aesthetic way. You can really tell a lot of thought went into the visuals, from the table settings to the plating. The ambience is truly unique, with a cozy yet elegant vibe that makes the whole experience feel special. I also have to mention the bathroom—yes, it’s a must-see, just like other reviews said! Definitely one of the most stylish restrooms I’ve ever seen in a restaurant. The real standout though was the service. The staff were genuinely kind and attentive, which made everything feel even more welcoming. The live music added a really nice touch and helped enhance the whole atmosphere. I did the tea experience, and I honestly think it’s worth every penny. You get such a generous amount of food, tea, and drinks, and the whole presentation makes it feel like a little event. Definitely something I’d recommend if you’re looking to treat yourself or celebrate something special.

One of my fave bars! Food is good, love the atmosphere. I’ve been a few times and I would definitely go again. Funky and quirky place. All rooms are very different and people always take pics in the toilets but they are very different! Food and service has always been great for me. Love the lobster bisque and the steak also very good! Great cocktails. Always a good night out!

A truly stunning restaurant, beautifully decorated, like stepping into a fantasy world. I went for brunch with a friend and had a delightful experience. We ordered waffles and the toast with eggs Benedict. both were delicious and beautifully presented. The atmosphere is unique, the service attentive, and the whole experience felt special. A must-visit spot in London for a memorable meal!

We had the most incredible afternoon tea experience at Sketch (Gallery) as part of their Sketch in Bloom: A Floral Chapter celebrating 250 years of Jane Austen. The setting was absolutely magical — the place is transformed into a floral wonderland with live music adding to the elegant ambiance until 1 June 2025. The afternoon tea itself was exceptional. Beautifully presented, full of flavour, and we were so pleased to find a halal menu option. Every detail, from the service to the surroundings, was thoughtfully curated. The staff were attentive, warm, and made us feel truly welcome. And don’t miss the iconic Sketch toilets — such a fun and quirky part of the experience that adds to the charm of the visit! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable afternoon tea in London.

If Alice in Wonderland had a glamorous cousin in London, it would be Sketch. From the moment we walked in, it felt like stepping into a whimsical art gallery and every room has its own vibe. We had afternoon tea in The Gallery, where the plush pink interiors, cheeky art-lined walls, and twinkling atmosphere made it feel like sipping tea inside a stylish dream. The tea selection was endless (and delicious), the pastries were basically edible art, and the scones? Cloud-like perfection. The service was 10/10! The staff was very attentive without being overbearing, and so friendly and their beautiful outfits was the cutest touch. Even the bathrooms were iconic (yes, the egg pods live up to the hype). Overall, Sketch isn’t just an afternoon tea it’s definitely an experience. Quirky, beautiful, and unforgettable. Highly recommend for a treat-yourself day or a special celebration.

Sketch is a one-of-a-kind place! There's not a way to really describe the beautiful but whimsical decor, you have to experience it. The Maitre d' Chloe was amazing as she took us up the stairs to our table, making nice conversation with us prior to opening the doors and showing us to our table. The Somm immediately came by to offer us some Champagne, they have an amazing array of styles you can try by the glass. We had a vintage La Grand Dame Rose and another one that spent a year on a ship out in the ocean and had bits of barnacles still attached to the bottle. Alessandro and his team took great care of us at the table. My wife has a dairy intolerance and it was not an issue. I went with the standard tasting menu, and she did the vegetarian tasting. This is not some watered down version of the standard menu, it stands alone. Each dish was truly exceptional. We did the reserve wine pairings and you get to try things you could never experience otherwise, so I highly recommend doing so. I think for service, ambience, uniqueness, and quality of food, Sketch earns all 3 Michelin stars. They take great care of you from the moment you walk in until you depart. It's very expensive, so know that in advance, but worth it in the end.

Sketch isn’t just a restaurant, it’s an experience - and a must do experience in London. I had afternoon tea at the Gallery and the whole place is like a floral wonderland to mark Jane Austen’s 250th birthday. The detail in every room is immaculate plus the very attentive staff add their own flair. We were very well looked after by Alexia who recommended the perfect teas to go with the sandwiches and cakes. The food tastes as beautiful as it looks. The cakes were just so delicious and fresh. The best scones I’ve ever had. I would say that everyone needs to have this afternoon tea once to experience this whimsical and wonderful place.
